Getting your car free valuation
Enter the registration of your car into the box and then confirm a few details about the car and it’s condition. Within
a couple of minutes we'll provide you with a valuation via email.

Booking an appointment
If you're happy with the valuation we’ve sent you, you can then book an appointment to drop off your car. Follow the
instructions given on the valuation page, or follow the link in the value-confirmation email that we sent you.
You can drop off your car Monday through to Sunday, during normal working hours.
Dropping off your car
We have many convenient drop-off locations, throughout the UK, where you can bring your vehicle.
You'll be met by a member of staff who will inspect your car to ensure it has been correctly described.
With the inspection over, our offer to buy your car will be finalised with any necessary adjustments, which may
include an increase if by mistake you've forgotten to tell us about any valuable optional extras your car has such
as leather seats or satellite navigation. Please bring the following items with you:
Vehicle Documents
- Your V5 document also known as your Log Book
- Your car's service history documents if you have any, please bring any receipts for work done
- A valid MOT certificate if the car has one, any past certificates as well please
- If there is outstanding finance, a letter from the finance company confirming their settlement figure and validity
- If you have been the registered keeper for less than 6 months we will need some proof of purchase, please call to discuss Identification of person presenting the vehicle
- Your photo driving licence or passport as proof of your identity
PLUS
- One of either, a Utility Bill, Bank or Credit Card Statement, Council Tax, Mobile Phone Bill in your name confirming your address, as detailed on the V5 / log book, no more than 3 months old
- If you are not the registered keeper presenting the car then we will need a letter of authorisation from the registered keeper allowing you to sell the car on their behalf and the equivalent copies of forms of id from the registered keeper as well as from yourself. Additional Documentation and Vehicle Condition
- Your UK bank details, or the details for the registered keeper as we will only be able to pay any funds due to the registered keeper
- All keys for the car, including spares
- Any access codes for the vehicle, Radio Code, Key Codes, Bluetooth Access Code etc
- Locking Wheel Nut Key, Radio Fascia, Sat Nav Disc, User Manuals, and Manuals for any other accessories that go with your car
- Please ensure that the Fuel Light is not lit and that Screen Washer Reservoirs are filled
Receiving payment
We will pay any money directly in to your bank account.
The transfer usually takes a maximum of 4 working days.
