What do we do with your personal information?

When you submit your vehicle details to our website to receive a free online valuation, we collect the following personal information from you:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address

Please do not submit your personal information to us if you do not wish for us to collect it.

The personal information that you provide will be used by us for purposes of administration and when processing the purchase of a vehicle.

Please note that we will not hold your personal information for any longer than is reasonably necessary or required by law, and we will not share your personal information with any third party.

Why do we need your email address and telephone number?

We use your email address to send your vehicle valuation to you via email. You will not be added to our marketing mailing list unless you have specified otherwise.

Your telephone number will be used to call you to arrange an appointment.

Do I have a right to object to data processing?

Absolutely, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal information at any time. You also have the right to object specifically to the processing of your personal information for the purposes of direction marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal information in this way, then WeWantAnyCar will no longer process it for that purpose.

How can I get my data removed from your system?
