'Friendly Paul, Bristol Branch'
I took my Ford Fiesta to Paul at Aztec West and I must admit at first, I wasn't sure if I was even in the right place. Not allowed to have big direction signs up so it was a little confusing. Found Paul, he took photos of car, drove my car for 3 mins, just up Road and back. Went up office, put details in and gave me a good enough shout for my car. I was happy to say goodbye to my car as I had my new one on the driveway.. Enjoyable experience, not as scary as selling privately. Would defo recommend especially to someone who don't fancy doing a private sell and just wants there car gone. Thanks Paul.

I was very apprehensive regarding the payment procedure as you here so many stories about scams these days. So make sure you get all the contact information before proceeding. The actual process is reasonably straight forward and I found Paul a personable bloke albeit with all the sales patter. Be realistic with your car value, my car was as far as I [and he] could see was showroom condition. However it was still discounted as of course it still would need a professional valet. I still was offered £400 above trade in values I had been quoted when negotiating to buy a £20,0000 Mini Money was in the bank by the time I got home! All very good service a pity they don't have a proper office in Bristol its like dealing with a roadside trader! Therefore 4 stars for service but make sure you do the homework before

I was very pleasantly surprised. It was an efficient and hassle free transaction with everything proceeding as expected. I assessed my car, got a quote and made an appointment. If I hadn't stopped for a chat with the professional and friendly agent the transaction could have been completed in 20 minutes. I received the amount quoted and the money was in my bank in three days. If you are realistic about both your car's condition and its value you shouldn't be disappointed.
