'Absolutely superb service and very pleasantly surprised'
Absolutely superb service and very pleasantly surprised. I obtained valuations from both we want any car and we buy any car and immediately the valuation from we want any car was considerably higher. There was also a very useful sliding scale which allowed me to gain a more accurate figure with regard to the final valuation I would receive. The service I received from start to finish was fantastic. I was contacted by my local branch manager (Stockton) Phil who was extremely helpful and reassuring, and ensured that if I chose to proceed everything went smoothly. Having made an appointment I attended and from everything I had read, fully expected the valuation to be ripped apart and to be offered a reduced amount. On the contrary, Phil viewed the car and identified that the few minor marks which were present were far less of an issue than I had thought they may be. Having completed the paperwork I received a final valuation which was exactly what I had hoped for when using the sliding scale when obtaining my initial valuation. Having agreed the deal I had the option to wait 4 days for the money to appear in my bank or pay an additional £25 for an almost immediate pay out. I opted to wait and 3 days later I received email confirmation the funds were to be paid and the following day the full amount was in my bank. Overall such an easy, hassle free, enjoyable process. Yes on a £4500 car I could have possibly got a few hundred quid more if I had sold the car privately but then I would have had to pay for advertising, waited for responses, put up with time wasters, and hope that it eventually sold. This way for me was just so much less hassle. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service and would certainly use it again. All I would say to anyone considering using them is be realistic on the valuation of your car and accept that both we want any car and people further along the line have to make money from buying your car from you. If you want a forecourt price for your car your only option is to try and sell it privately and then compete with all the dealers out there. To Phil and all at we want any car, thank you very much.
