'Good service but CRAZY reduction for 1 miniscule chip!'
I cannot fault Martin at the Aberdeen branch (actually Inverurie) for his service and friendliness. We were however rather disappointed that a minuscule (approx 1mm x 3mm) chip on the leading edge of the bonnet just above the headlight and barely visible led to an initial £1000 reduction against the online valuation!! This on a prestige vehicle that is in all respects in showroom condition and with little over 12k miles! The reduction was negotiated down to £700 and rather than take the car away we agreed but certainly have a wee bit of a sour taste lingering. The chip when highlighted was fresh and most likely occurred on our journey to the appointment. As stated, happy with service otherwise.

'2 experiences.....'
Went to we BUY any car on the Friday and had a terrible experience, went to we WANT any car on the Saturday and had a great experience, friendly, knowledgeable staff who were honest, straightforward and polite, and offered a fair price for my car.
