Was a bit sceptical but the service at the Edinburgh branch was excellent. Got slightly less than quoted online but that's to be expected still happy with the price and was more than other company's quoted. The money was in my bank in 3 days. Very painless thanks again.

Yes a very satisfactory experience. My quibble was the difference in the quoted on-line price and the subsequent post assessment price. Now to be fair I had taken the car to other "buy your car" sites and the same thing happened. My car was in top condition given it was a year old there was bound to be the odd blemish....it seems these sites offer you an unrealistic price of a new car out of the showroom look. Beware they want £78 admin fee and £20 same day payment ....clearly to boost the price they give you when factoring it in would be easier. So....the transaction went smoothly although I was worried about leaving my car with them and no cash.....what if the company had gone bust before my money cleared? I dont know why electronic transfers should take 4 working days. All in all it worked for me and happy to give the review a 4.

Everything from booking the appointment to doing the deal went very smoothly and efficiently. Was e-mailed the the day before money was due in my account to say that it would arrive the following day. Gentleman was very courteous and pleasant to deal with and I would recommend this branch to anyone wishing to do the same. PS this was the Edinburgh branch.
